Mike is the most helpful realtor you will ever find without any doubt. He will go out of his way to assist his people. We own a unit, but live abroad and, not only does he helps us find renters, but also will go and update our renters permit (not actually what it is called) for us since we are away, check our unit when renters move, etc. He is so positive and friendly; he is a pleasure to work with and be around.
